1. Who we are
Apex TradeMind (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK‑based online service providing market structure analysis, trading preparation content and educational resources for traders worldwide.
2. What we provide (service description)
We provide:
– Daily and periodic market preparation content (written, visual or video).
– Tools and frameworks to help you plan trades and manage risk.
– Educational materials on trading process and discipline.
We do **not** provide personalised investment advice or portfolio management.
3. No financial advice / risk warning
Nothing on our website, in our emails or in any Apex TradeMind content is investment advice, tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or cryptocurrency.
Trading and investing in financial markets and digital assets involves a high level of risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for complying with any laws and regulations that apply in your country.
4. Eligibility and accounts
To use our paid services you must:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscriptions, payments and billing
Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly).
– Payments are processed by third‑party providers such as Stripe and CoinPayments.
– By starting a subscription you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
– Prices and plan features may change; if we change pricing for your plan, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Refunds and cancellations
We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time subscribers.
– If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
– After the 14‑day period, subscription payments are generally non‑refundable, except where required by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via your account settings or by contacting us.
7. Access and availability
We aim to provide reliable access to our content but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:

We use third‑party services such as Stripe, CoinPayments, MailerLite and analytics providers to deliver parts of the service. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
– Any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or indirect or consequential losses.
– Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our content or from any interruption or unavailability of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example by email or by a notice on the website). Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
